	Deliver custom "platforms" (RedHat/CentOS Linux appliances) for managed log monitoring, retention and IDS. Improve process, automation and documentation for all aspects of "Platform Delivery." Implement robust automated and semi-automated "signature" update and deployment systems. Collaborate on design, debugging, quality assurance, trouble-shooting and training/mentoring. Maintain, upgrade and improve Linux development and testing physical and virtual environments, including system admin. Provide Perl/bash scripting automation and support. 	Collaborated on the development of documentation, methodologies, processes, procedures, marketing material and training plans for an Information Security Practice. Developed new business with pre-sales calls and post sales engineering support. Authored client proposals, "Firewall Feature Comparison Matrix," "Hardening NT for Firewall Installation" including automated tools, "What is SecurID?," "A Brief on Denial of Service Attacks," "ISP Router Configuration for Cisco 800's," VPN User and Technical guides, Firewall configuration templates, a computer term glossary and many other technical documents.
