	Collaborated on the development of documentation, methodologies, processes, procedures, marketing material and training plans for an Information Security Practice. Developed new business with pre-sales calls and post sales engineering support. Authored client proposals, "Firewall Feature Comparison Matrix," "Hardening NT for Firewall Installation" including automated tools, "What is SecurID?," "A Brief on Denial of Service Attacks," "ISP Router Configuration for Cisco 800's," VPN User and Technical guides, Firewall configuration templates, a computer term glossary and many other technical documents.
